Veeloo Sinnasamy is a Chartered Accountant, graduated from Kolej Tunku Abdul Rahman, Kuala Lumpur in 1980 with Advance Diploma in Commerce (Financial Accounting) and member of the following professional bodies.

In 1980 Joined as a junior audit staff with the firm of Certified Public Accountants (CPA) Soosai & Co. and moved to JS Noronha & Co. Mainly performed accounting and audit work in Kuala Lumpur, for medium sized retailers and professional practitioners.
In 1982 joined NEC Semiconductors (M) Sdn. Bhd. (now known as Renesas Semiconductor ) served the Japanese multinational for 16 years as senior manager heading finance, accounting and costing department.In 1996 left NEC to expatriate post at Riau Pulp and Paper in Sumatra, Indonesia (a joint venture of Indonesia and Finland) in search for more challenging financial career. Riau Pulp and Paper is a subsidiary of Asia Pacific Resources International Ltd, Singapore. Engaged as financial controller of new multi billion dollar project to construct and operate one of the world largest paper mills in Kerinci, Riau, Sumatra, Indonesia. During the period he has been in charge to monitor cash flows and to liase with project funding team raising funds from International financial institutions.In 1999, joined Viru, Goona & Associates (Chartered Accountants) in public practice, fully managing the firm’s branch operations. In 2003, set up own public practice Veeloo Sinnasamy & Co. (Chartered Accountants).
Gunasaiklaran Malayalam is a Chartered Accountant by profession. He is a member of The Malaysian Institute of Accountants and a fellow member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom.In 1983, he started as a junior audit staff with the firm, S.M. Loh, Bala & Co., Chartered Accountants, mainly audit and tax work. Although he stayed in the firm for only a short period, he had a very enlightening experience. Later, he joined other audit firms where he specialized in the core areas of auditing and taxation.In 1989, he set up his own public practice M. Guna & Co a firm of chartered accountants. He has had more than 20 years of practical experience with a wide-ranging exposure in auditing, taxation, management accounting and financial accounting.
He also has extensive teaching experience. He lectures in financial accounting, management accounting, taxation and auditing at various levels for professional courses and degree programmes in accountancy at private colleges and public university. In 2003, he taught the subject of Solicitors’ Accounts, as a part-time lecturer to law students at the Faculty of Law and Administration at Mara University of Technology(UiTM), Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan.Besides being involved in practicing and lecturing, he has two other minor pursuits: writing and giving talks at seminars. He has contributed articles to Accountants Today and its predecessor, Akauntan Nasional, the newsletter of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, on insider trading, corporate governance and solicitors’ accounts. He has also presented working papers and lectures on accounting and related topics at business training courses and seminars for professionals and non-professionals.
Rajaretnam is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), United Kingdom, and a Associate member of the Malaysian Institute of Taxation (MIT).In 1993, he began his career as a junior audit staff with the firm, LKW & Co., Chartered Accountants, doing mainly audit and tax work. He later joined other medium-sized audit firms where he was attached for 7 years, before setting up his own practice in 2000.Over the years he has been exposed to corporate advisory, company secretarial, financial investigation and financial management, besides the core areas of audit and taxation.He has also been actively involved in advising and developing business models and structures for clients.
